We the People Wins Ballot Access Fight in Hawaii

As KITV Island News reported on April 30, 2024, We the People prevailed in a hearing held by the Office of Elections when the Democratic Party raised objections and attempted to thwart ballot access for Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in Hawaii. KITV broke the news that the Democratic Party of Hawaii would not appeal after the Office of Elections ruled in favor of We the People.

We the People of Hawaii remains committed to ensuring that voters have an Independent choice, outside of the two party system, for President in the 2024 presidential election and beyond.
